| For the extreme diver ready to further explore the world of technical deep diving, the gas of choice is trimix. The DSAT Tec Trimix Diver course takes you to the outer edges of technical deep diving, opening the door to pristine dive sites few divers – if any – ever see. |

To start this Course, you must be Certified as a PADI Rescue Diver or have a qualifying certification in diver rescue and accident management from another organization *. Students who meet this through a qualifying non-PADI certification need to provide proof of CPR and first aid training within the previous two years. |
*. Students who qualify through a qualifying certification other than DSAT Tec Deep Diver must read the entire DSAT Tec Deep Diver Manual and complete the Knowledge Reviews prior to beginning the Tec Trimix Diver course. | |

If you do not meet these pre requisites yet but want to go extreme diving (trimix) , consider enrolling a tec deep diver course or signing up for an all inclusive traineeship package. If you are already certified as a decompression diver from another organization or if you want to go below 75 metres, you might want to consider enrolling a TDI (technical diving international) trimix diver course. In any case, if you want to go trimix diving to 100 metres, you may consider enrolling a trimix rebreather course or an Extreme Bubbleless Technical Diving Traineeship. Helium (More information on Trimix can be found here) being an expensive gas, you would end paying such an amount in gases that what you will pay in gases would pay for the closed circuit rebreather (uses an extremely small amount of gas) courses. |
| The DSAT Tec Trimix Diver course is intended to extend the depth range available to technical divers trained and qualified to use air, enriched air and oxygen for technical decompression dives up to 75 metres/165 feet in open water. The DSAT Tec Trimix Diver course is intended for technical divers certified as DSAT Tec Deep Divers (or qualifying certification from another training organization). The course extends their depth range capabilities by training them in the use of trimix (helium, oxygen and nitrogen). |

You will need the Tec Trimix Student Crew-Pak, which includes student manual, planning slate and checklist slate, (this crewpack and equipment rental are not included in TecEvolution Course Prices).
| All DSAT training materials and all the main equipment rental are on the top of the price of the course. You also need to buy or rent the mandatory equipment if you don't have it yet (these are included in TecEvolution All Inclusive Traineeship Packages), and to pay for your gases and your instructor's gases (check out the price of the fills here). Luckily for you, TecEvolution is a trimix gas blending facility offers the cheapest Nitrox fills in Koh Chang to its students. Helium still remains a very expensive gas anywhere, and if you plan to be an active trimix diver, you may consider taking the closed circuit rebreather way, and enrol in either closed circuit rebreather courses or a rebreather all inclusive traineeship package (all gases included in rebreather packages). |
